My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The room we booked was a split level room, and it exceeded our expectations. The big windows provided a stunning view of the city, and we felt like we were on top of the world. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire room was spotlessly clean. We had no issues with anything not working properly. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The location of the hotel was ideal, as we were able to easily walk to the main square and explore the city. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially appreciated one of the front desk staff members who personally checked in with us during breakfast to ensure our stay was going well. It's little touches like these that make a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. The check-in process took longer than expected, with a wait of about 1.5 hours.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful contemporary design. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was also a cozy sofa in the room. The highlight was the tub next to the king-sized bed, providing amazing views of the sea, harbor, and sunset. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the attractions in the Ortigia area. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including delicious sweet treats, bread, eggs, fruits, salads. The staff, particularly Silvia at the reception, were exceptionally helpful and kind.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything in the Ortigia or Syracuse area. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The view from the room was magnificent, overlooking Catania and the harbor. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Could not be improved in any way.
